Genetic Data Analysis for Breeding (2nd Edition)
We are excited to share the draft chapters of the second edition of our book with you.
The most notable changes include
- Replacing ASReml standalone codes with ASReml-R codes,
- Adding generalized linear mixed models for the analysis of dichotomous and binomial counts,
- Adding genome-wide association studies for QTL discovery (GWAS).
We also replaced some R packages that were not available on CRAN.
You are welcome to download these drafts for your research. We would greatly appreciate any feedback you can provide on issues you find in the drafts, as it will help us improve them.
