Homework #1 – Comparing LEED, Living Building, and WELL Basics- Provide an overview of the three systems, as you see them, taking into account the primary goals, structures, and histories of the systems. This will be based on what you can find in their literature, websites, and articles reviewing the systems. Please also include how these systems fit into your understanding of the trends in the marketplace.

Homework #2: Comparing LEED, Living Building, and WELL – Benefits, Challenges and Opportunities (5 points): With a better understanding of the systems, please compare and contrast the systems focusing on the benefits and primary goals of each, the challenges of each system, and the opportunities for each system. The paper should end with an overview of your perspective on which you think is more appropriate, in what context.
