Emily Piner, 1st year Master student, won the 1st Poster Prize at the 2021 CNR Symposium! Her work, entitled “Mechanical Properties of Bacterial Cellulose Composite Films for Aseptic Packaging”, suggests a new bio-based alternative to petroleum-derived aseptic food packaging!
