The 2024 TAPPI International Conference on Nanotechnology for Renewable Materials took place on June 10-14, in Atlanta, GA. The conference features the research and development, and commercial advancement of industry leaders and academics in the field.
Chisom Umeileka attended her first international conference and successfully presented her collaborative work on plasma treatment of cellulose nanofibril films and her research on coupling of TEMPO-mediated cellulose nanofibrils and gum rosin for barrier coating application.
