Teaching

Dr. Leggett teaches and guest lectures in several courses.

She currently teaches Environmental Science (ES) 100 which evaluates the interrelationships between human populations and the natural environment. She also co-teaches Forest Soils which evaluates how forest soils form in the natural environment, but also their relation to forest management and sustainability.

In the past she has taught Silviculture and Soil Resources at NCSU and Duke, respectively.
